https://www.shipmailstop.net (the "Site"), as well as any mail receiving, virtual mailbox, notary, Live Scan, immigration document consulting, or other services provided by Mail Stop / Sustainable 2U Inc (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our Site or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Description of Services

Mail Stop provides a variety of neighborhood, business, and advisory services, including but not limited to:

-Physical and digital virtual mailbox rentals.

-Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) services.

-Notary Public and Live Scan fingerprinting services.

-USCIS immigration document consulting assistance.

-International import-export trade consultancy.

-Registered Agent services for business startups.


2. Mailbox and Virtual Mail Services

By renting a mailbox (physical or virtual) from Mail Stop, you agree to the following provisions: USPS Regulations: You must comply with all United States Postal Service (USPS) regulations. You are required to complete and sign USPS Form 1583 (Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent) and provide two forms of valid identification before we can receive or handle mail on your behalf.

Authorized Use: You may use your mailbox address for lawful business or personal purposes, including LLC or business registration, subject to local state laws. You agree not to use the mailbox or our address for any fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities.

Mail Storage and Scans: For virtual mailbox users, mail scanning requests are handled securely. We are not responsible for the contents of the mail scanned, nor are we liable for any delays or technical glitches in digital transmission.

Prohibited Items: We will not accept hazardous materials, illegal substances, or items prohibited by federal, state, or local laws. We reserve the right to refuse or return any packages deemed unsafe or unlawful.


3. Notary, Live Scan, and Immigration Document Consulting

No Legal Advice: Mail Stop and its certified specialists provide document preparation, notary, and fingerprinting support. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal strategy. Any information provided regarding immigration documents or notary procedures is for administrative purposes only.

Appointments and Walk-ins: While walk-ins are welcome for quick services, appointments scheduled via our online platform are highly recommended for Live Scan and complex immigration consulting to ensure dedicated availability.


4. Fees, Payments, and Cancellations

Subscription Fees: Mailbox rental services operate on a recurring billing cycle (monthly or annually). You authorize Mail Stop to charge your designated payment method automatically at the start of each renewal period.

Late Fees and Termination: Failure to pay mailbox rental fees on time may result in service suspension, late fees, and eventual termination of your mailbox account. Upon termination, any mail received will be handled or returned to sender in accordance with USPS guidelines.

• • Refunds and Cancellations: Due to the nature of our services, all sales and services are strictly non-refundable. Please review our comprehensive, service-specific Refund and Cancellation Policy detailed immediately below for terms regarding shipping, packaging, notary, apostille, live scan, and mailbox rentals.

At Mail Stop (Sustainable 2U Inc), we pride ourselves on delivering prompt, efficient, and professional neighborhood and business services. Due to the immediate allocation of resources, labor, non-reusable materials, and third-party administrative or government fees, all sales and services are strictly non-refundable. By purchasing any service or executing a transaction with us, you acknowledge and agree to the specific terms outlined below.

Service-Specific Terms

i). Shipping, Packaging, and Mailing Services

Carrier Fees: Once a shipping label is generated for USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or any other carrier, the funds are immediately committed to the courier. We cannot issue refunds for shipping costs, transit delays, or carrier errors.

Packaging Materials: All sales of boxes, bubble wrap, tape, and custom packaging labor are final once the materials have been used or the packaging process has begun.

ii). Notary Public and Apostille Services

Notary Fees: Fees charged for Notary Public services cover the time, physical presence, and official legal execution by a state-commissioned notary. Once a notarization is completed or an official seal is applied, the service fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Apostille Processing: Apostille services involve complex document verification and direct courier/submission fees paid to state and federal government authorities (such as the Secretary of State). These government fees and our handling fees are entirely non-refundable once processing begins, regardless of whether the receiving country accepts or rejects the final document.

iii). Live Scan and Fingerprinting

Biometric Submissions: Live Scan fingerprinting fees consist of our rolling/operator fee and direct government processing fees (e.g., Department of Justice, FBI). These background check fees are transmitted electronically to government agencies the moment your scan is submitted.

No Guarantees: Because the outcome of a background check depends entirely on government agency processing and your individual history, we cannot issue refunds if a background check is delayed, rejected due to poor print quality beyond our control, or if your employing agency requires a re-submission.

iv). Mailbox Rentals (Physical and Virtual)

Immediate Allocation: When you purchase a mailbox rental or virtual mailbox subscription, physical or digital space is immediately reserved for you, and setup procedures (including processing your USPS Form 1583) begin immediately.

No Proration: All mailbox rental fees, whether billed monthly or annually, are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your mailbox rental before the end of your billing cycle, you will retain access to the mailbox until the end of the paid period, but no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

v). Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Important Notice on Disputes: > Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes cost small businesses significant administrative overhead. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company for a valid service rendered, Mail Stop reserves the right to immediately terminate your service, close any associated mailbox accounts, return pending mail to the sender, and report the unpaid debt to credit bureaus and collection agencies.

vi). Exceptional Circumstances

The only exceptions to this strict No-Refund Policy are:

System/Billing Errors: If you were accidentally double-charged or experienced a verifiable technical glitch in our payment processing system.

• • Provider Cancellation: If Mail Stop is entirely unable to fulfill a scheduled service due to internal operational issues, a full refund for that specific service will be promptly issued to your original payment method.


5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mail Stop / Sustainable 2U Inc, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with:Lost, damaged, misdirected, or stolen mail and packages.Delays in mail processing, scanning, or notification.Errors made by third-party delivery services (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL). Rejection of documents by government agencies (e.g., USCIS). Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Mail Stop in the one (1) month (30 days) preceding the event giving rise to the claim.


6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mail Stop / Sustainable 2U Inc from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of our Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights or federal regulations.


7. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in Santa Clara County, California.


8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of our Site or Services after modifications are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
